Just read this article intitled Wrestling's Dirty Secret. Take a look at the list of wrestlers that have died at an early age and yet the government does nothing to stop it. The point was made that if this high death rate was happening baseball you would see something done about it.

While many people think of wrestling as a big joke, there is one thing about wrestling that isn't funny. The death rate among wrestlers is alarmingly high. The only time this story was covered by the national media was on HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumble. That segment featured Vince McMahon mocking the interviewer and slapping the notes from his hands. In addition, the only wrestler to speak up for the wrestlers, Roddy Piper, was fired after the piece aired.Drug Usage
While the outcomes of the matches are pre-determined, the effort to put on those matches takes a huge toll on their bodies. The wrestlers are on the road over 300 days a year and unlike other athletes, they do not have an off season. In addition, accidents do happen and injuries occur. I think it is about time that the Federal government opens an investigation as to the steroid use in Pro-Wrestling. Chris is only the last of a number of Pro-Wrestlers that have died of suspected steroid related abuse. Pro-Wrestlers, Eddie Guerrero, Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig and Davey Boy Smith, the "British Bulldog all died due to suspected steroid related use. keyser soze is correct in that Vince (I will do anything for a buck) McMahon will try to capitalize off this from a financial standpoint. Vince is one of the biggest sleaze bags around that will stop at nothing to make financial gains on the pain and suffering of others.

I would like to know what the WT time table is when they say "the end of this system of things is rapidly coming to its violent end." It is now 32 years on and no end of the system yet.
I was there and my parents were one of the unfortunate ones that sold their house in 1974 for far less of the price they would have got if they hung on another 20+ years. Even though my father was still a 50 year old man and still had another 15 years before retirement he believe the system was coming shortly. Now my parents are in their 80's and could have used that money for their retirement. The funny thing is he sold it to a good JW elder, who kept it a few years then he sold it and doubled his money. The big f***ing hypocrite.

Infected tooth
by greendawn inlast night i experienced an ever increasing sensitivity and pain in a tooth and eventually even touching it with my tongue felt painful.
the gum next to it was also beginning to feel numb and swollen so i realised it must be some sort of infection in the root of the tooth.
it was vital to act fast because this kind of infection can spread fast and cause great pain and perhaps a loss of the tooth so first thing in the morning i went to the dentist, he decided it was a root infection and told me to try antibiotics and if they don't work he would do a root treatment.

I have had my share of experiences with abscess teeth. The antibiotics will eventually take the inflammation away but I found that Advil is the best for tooth aches.

You said the service was about 20 minutes and I would imagine that at least 15 minutes of those minutes were a preach fest.
I have to say I attended a JW service a few months back and it was about 45 minutes and the fellow giving the service actually talked about the deceased.
